These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services,
including applications, commerce services and our other covered services that link
to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”)

In no event shall BUYMUSICALLYFANS be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. BUYMUSICALLYFANS reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modification to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice.

    do not order anything from our service / website. By ordering with our Services
    you automatically accept all of our terms of service.
  1. Our Services are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
  2. Any further changes replace and modify all former agreements.
  3. Typing errors and miscommunication on these Services reserved.
  4. In the case of any contradictions with our Services and/or Terms, the Terms
    rules are always right and applicable.

  2. This Service is intended, and will only be used, for promotional purposes.
  3. You shall not exploit our Service, website or system.
  4. Services and/or orders may be delivered later than stated on the Service’s order
    page. This is due to market price changes, server maintenance, and other factors
    we cannot foresee. In case of a late or delayed delivery, please contact the support
    team and they may find a suitable solution.
  5. Late or delayed delivery of Services and orders are no valid reasons for a refund.
  1. The quantity of followers / fans / likes / hearts / comments / views / visit delivered may differ
    from the amount ordered. It may be a bit more. In the very unlikely case that you receive
    less than the ordered amount, please contact our support team and we will find a suitable
    solution and – in most cases – deliver the quantity that was not received or grant a refund.
  2. Using this Service is entirely at your own risk. We may not be held responsible
    for any of the damages and/or consequences that may occur as a result of using this Service.
  1. In some cases the ordered followers / fans may disappear from your profile /
    unfollow you. This is natural and in this case, you can contact our support team
    to see if you are eligible for a free refill of the lost followers or a refund. In most cases
    we refill lost followers without extra charge, entirely for free as a part of our service.
  1. We cannot guarantee that purchased followers / accounts will be active or are owned by
    a human. In most cases accounts that are sent out to follow your profile are created
    by humans, but this is not always the case. Followers might not be active / human.
  2. Once you have ordered, we cannot alter order details anymore. It’s your/the client’s responsibility to provide us with accurate order details. Example: If you submitted the wrong Instagram username to receive the followers and/or likes on, we cannot change this anymore. All orders are final, and no refunds will be made.
  3. You cannot use / run other social media promotion services or services similar to our Services while our Services are running. We use public statistics to measure the results
    of our Services that apply to your business / social media profile. Using other or similar
    services may interfere with our process. If you do run other or similar services while ours are still active, we are not able to measure results and thus we are not responsible for your order any longer. To get status updates on your order, you can always contact our support team.
  4. Upon ordering you agree to know about, and understand our business hours and support
    response timeframe.
  5. Payment (via PayPal):
  1. You agree that upon purchasing any of our Services and/or Products you understand
    what and agree what you are purchasing and that you will not file a fraudulent dispute
    via Credit card, Bank or PayPal.
  1. By purchasing / using any of our Services and/or Products, you agree to have read
    and to be aware of, the Refund Policy.
  2. You are allowed to open a dispute, chargeback or claim via PayPal. However,
    upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, chargeback or claim we are granted the right
    to ban you, your company and/or your IP from using our Services. In this case we
    are allowed to take legal actions against you and/or your company, and we remain
    the right to terminate all Services that are active.
  3. No refunds, full or partial, shall be issued for service interruption, late or delayed
    orders.

Refund policy

Our Services are offering virtual, non-tangible irrevocable goods and services. Hence, we do not issue refunds once the order / purchase has been made. Upon purchasing or ordering a product and / or service with us, you agree to understand and accept our Terms and refund policy.

We realize that due to the exceptional character of the product we supply, exceptional circumstances may take place. Therefore, we do honor requests for refunds on the
following reasons:

  1. Product not as described. Clear evidence must be provided proving the product / service
    is not as initially described. We recommend to call, email or message our support team
    and they will find a suitable solution. Refund requests which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes, are not honored.
  1. Non-delivery of the product and/or service. As mentioned in our Terms, there are some circumstances where orders / services are delayed. If your order is in the queue and soon-to-be delivered, we cannot issue a refund. However, in the case that you never received
    your order / service, or it has never been sent and / or processed as a result of a mistake that has been made on our end, we will grand a refund.
