   to see if you are eligible for a free refill of the lost followers or a refund. In most cases
   we refill lost followers without extra charge, entirely for free as a part of our service.

8. We cannot guarantee that purchased followers / accounts will be active or are owned by
   a human. In most cases accounts that are sent out to follow your profile are created
   by humans, but this is not always the case. Followers might not be active / human.
9. Once you have ordered, we cannot alter order details anymore. It’s your/the client’s responsibility to provide us with accurate order details. Example: If you submitted the wrong Instagram username to receive the followers and/or likes on, we cannot change this anymore. All orders are final, and no refunds will be made.
